Broadway Parish seeks mission team volunteers
Broadway Christian Parish UMC in South Bend, Ind., currently seeks a mission team willing to do a work project at the church. Projects are a one-day or two-day work team events. A team is needed to paint and add lighting to the fellowship hall and to fix the Sunday community meal, which offers meals to residents from all walks of life and also serves as a nutrition site for seniors and for those with disabilities.
Broadway has funds for paint and supplies for this project. Also a shower room used by homeless guests and others needs repairs and renovation. Broadway has the supplies for the renovation, but needs help in getting the renovations completed.
