South Indiana to quilt 'Our Life Together' for Conference
Each church in the South Indiana Conference is invited to send a six-inch square of fabric to be symbolically joined with those from the other churches and made into an altar table covering used at the South Indiana Annual Conference June 8-10 in Bloomington.
Please consecrate it during a worship service, with prayer that together as a body of Christ throughout the South Indiana Conference, we might be able to do great things. This also is an opportunity to tell people about the connection we all have with each other.
The fabric square, of any color or pattern, can be sent to Lynn Renne, Aldersgate UMC, 5130 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN 47715, or brought to "Our Life Together" in Bloomington on April 25, when the offering of the fabric squares will be used during the worship service.
