Bishop White joins other civil rights leaders in this Sunday on
CBS-TV
INDIANAPOLIS -- Indiana United Methodist Bishop Woodie W. White will be
featured Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday here in Indiana on a CBS
Television's Interfaith Religion Special about the Civil Rights Movement.
"Extraordinary Possibilities: The Civil Rights Movement Then and Now,"
an interfaith religion 30-minute special, will be broadcast Sunday
morning, April 4 on the CBS Television Network. Some Indiana stations have
elected to air this program on Easter Sunday. Here are the times.
In Indiana according to CBS-TV, this Palm Sunday, April 4
- WISH in Indianapolis, Sunday, April 4 at 8:30 a.m.
- WKRC in Cincinnati, Sunday, April 4 at 11:30 a.m.
Next Sunday, April 11, Easter
- WTHI in Terre Haute, Sunday, April 11 at 4 a.m. (Set your VCRs.)
- WEVV in Evansville, Sunday, April 11 at 6 a.m.
- WANE in Fort Wayne, Sunday, April 11 at 7:30 a.m.
- WLKY in Louisville, Ky., Sunday, April 11 at 5:30 a.m.
For the other CBS affiliates in Indiana, check your local listing for
time and station.
WLFI in Lafayette and WSBT in South Bend decided not to run the
program.
